Order

When will my favorite product be available again?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been packed, we can make changes or a cancellation.

  • If your package has already been packed or shipped, we can no longer stop the order.
  • In this case, you can refuse delivery. The package will automatically be returned to us and we will refund the purchase price. ✅

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are continuously working on the availability of our products. As soon as new stock is on its way, we will update the status on the product page (unless the items have been permanently discontinued). Here's how to stay informed:

  • You will automatically receive an email as soon as the item is available again.

What payment options are available?

You can pay in the Coody webshop using the following methods:

  • Credit card (Visa & Mastercard)
  • Klarna Instant Bank Transfer
  • Klarna invoice

ℹ️ Note regarding Klarna payments

  • Orders placed via Klarna automatically appear as paid on our system.
  • We do not have direct access to your payment status with Klarna.

How do I redeem discount codes?

  • At the end of the ordering process, you will find a "Discount Code" field in the checkout.
  • Enter your code there (pay attention to correct capitalization).
  • The discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount.

How do I return an item?

If an item is defective, we will help you quickly and easily.

How does an exchange work?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Here's what to do:

1. Start the return process:

  • Create your return label in our returns portal.

2. Place a new order

  • Order the desired item separately in the online shop.
  • This is how we ensure that your desired product arrives quickly.

3. Receive a refund

  • Once the return has arrived with us, you will receive your money back – to your original payment method.

Who bears the costs for returns?

Normally, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the item has a manufacturing defect or is covered by warranty, we will of course cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service beforehand or use the returns portal.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time within Germany & Europe: 2–5 working days. Shipping is from our European warehouse.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders over a certain amount. Shipping costs may apply to smaller orders (see shipping policy).

Can I track my shipment?

After shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number for shipment tracking.

Warranty & Returns

Is there a guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all Coody tents.

How does the return process work?

You can return unused and unopened items within 14 days. Please register your return via the returns portal. A refund will be issued upon receipt of your return.

What do I do if my item is defective?

Please contact us via our complaints portal. We will quickly arrange for a replacement or repair.

Care & Use

How do I clean my Coody tent?

Clean with lukewarm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Do not use harsh cleaning agents.

How do I store my tent correctly?

1. Deflate, 2. Fold tent into 3-4 sections, 3. Roll tightly towards the valve side, 4. Store dry in the storage bag.

How long does the assembly take?

Thanks to the air poles, your tent is ready for use in 3-5 minutes – completely without poles.

Easily assembled in minutes using the included hand pump. Electric pump available as an option (SUP compatible, backpressure function).
